Site Manager
Your role
As a Site Manager:
- You are responsible for organising and coordinating the various services and subcontractors involved at one of our sites (both domestic and international).
- You ensure the timely delivery of each project, in accordance with contractual obligations and legal requirements regarding safety, quality and the environment.
- You will be in constant contact with the Project Manager and ensure smooth reporting.
- You monitor staff deployment in line with priorities and ensure that all documents (such as inspections, (work) permits, VCA certificates, etc.) are available and valid.
- Drawing on your experience and knowledge, you will continuously resolve technical problems and guide employees and subcontractors where necessary.
- You will act as a key figure between the customer, employees and subcontractors on site and your colleagues at the office.
Your profile
You are an experienced professional who thrives on leading construction projects and motivating teams. Here’s what we expect from you:
- You hold a higher education degree (Bachelor’s or Master’s level) in Engineering Sciences.
- You already have a 3 years of relevant work experience in a similar position.
- You are in possession of a VCA-VOL certificate or are willing to obtain this certificate.
- You are a critical and solution-oriented thinker.
- You are diplomatic person with a high level of commitment and motivation.
- You are stress-resistant, commercially minded, and communicatively skilled.
- You have a solid knowledge of MS Office.
- You work well both independently and as part of a team.
- You know how to motivate your team and achieve results through a proactive, flexible and structured approach.
- Not just talk, but action/ hands-on mentality.
- In addition to Dutch, you also speak French and English.
