Last Sunday wasn’t just a milestone – it was a moment. We gathered at our Harelbeke site, not just to mark 55 years of Geldof with a festive family bbq, but to share stories, laughter, and the kind of pride that only comes from working together for a bigger purpose. It was a day where friendship, family, and community took center stage, and where the values that have shaped us all these years were more visible than ever.

For us, respect drives everything we do – whether it’s inviting our neighbors to experience our work up close or celebrating the generations of employees and families who make Geldof what it is today. We’re convinced that our value-driven approach to business has not only been the right choice in the past, but will continue to be the right choice for the future – as we focus on sustainable practices that benefit both our people and the planet.

As one long-time employee perfectly summed it up: “In all my years at Geldof, I’ve never seen a better showcase of the beauty and collective strength behind our work. I’m more inspired than ever to take on the future!”
