At Geldof we never shrink away from a special challenge, especially if it benefits the public health.
On July 1st we’ll be receiving hundreds of sports enthusiasts for the Iron Man / Iron Run charity challenge taking place in our home town of Harelbeke.

Local triathlete Michaël Vannieuwenhuyze will be running a complete ‘Iron Man’ triathlon in support of Kom op tegen Kanker (the Belgian anti-cancer society). Accompanying him for the last leg of the event, runners can choose a 5 or 10 km ‘Iron Run’ circuit in the streets of Harelbeke, which both go right through our main workshop, next to the river Lys.

We are more than happy to support this event, not just by sponsoring and donating, but also by opening our doors to the participants and their supporters.
