Ten technical schools near Geldof joined forces for a hands-on welding learning track—bringing the classroom closer to the realities of the shop floor.

Students tackled a scaled training project: welding a model storage tank based on real industry drawings. Guided by teachers and Geldof experts, they got a full-spectrum experience—planning, teamwork, stress management, and quality control included.
