Project Manager
Your role
As a Project Manager:
- You are responsible for the budget, organisation, and communication of projects under execution, ensuring high-quality, safe, and timely delivery while contributing to the company’s overall objectives.
- You develop realistic project plans based on proposed deadlines and in consultation with the client.
- During the execution phase, you keep the client regularly informed about project progress, organize the necessary meetings, and provide both internal and external reporting.
- You will work as part of a team to successfully deliver projects. You can rely on a project team of experts who support you in every project activity.
- You ensure continuous monitoring and adjustment of each project with regard to timing and budget.
Your profile
You are an experienced professional who thrives on leading construction projects and motivating teams. Here’s what we expect from you:
- You hold a higher education degree (Bachelor or Master’s level) in Engineering with a strong affinity for technology.
- As a project manager, you have at least 5 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
- You are a critical thinker who sees possibilities, open, communicative, and result-oriented, as well as a diplomatic person with strong dedication and motivation, thriving both autonomously and in a team.
- You are stress-resistant, commercially minded, and have strong communication skills.
- You have a solid knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- You identify with our company’s core values.
